QUICK PASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ENROLLMENT POLICY

When you sign up to enroll in our unlimited monthly membership program, your credit card will be billed every month. The
program allows members to wash their assigned vehicle once a day, every day, seven days a week for a one-month
period from the enrollment date.

The unlimited membership program set up and priced is per vehicle. If you have multiple vehicles you would like to wash,
you must enroll each vehicle you plan on using. If you are caught using multiple vehicles on one membership without
notifying QUICK PASS CAR WASH you will be charged for the washes that were not used on the primary car, and your
membership will be canceled.

QUICK PASS CAR WASH can terminate the program at any time.

PLACEMENT OF STICKER

QUICK PASS CAR WASH requires the window tag to be placed on the inside lower driver side corner of the windshield.

MONTHLY FEE

The customer’s credit card will be charged every month on the enrollment date. Members enrolling from the 29th to the 31st of the month will be charged every 28th of the month.

CANCELLATION

If you choose to cancel your unlimited monthly membership program, you must notify QUICK PASS CAR WASH five days prior to the billing date, or you will be charged for that month. You can cancel your membership through email, the Quick Pass App or come in to any of our locations and fill out the cancellation form.

QUICKPASS WINDOW STICKER REPLACEMENT

Customers should notify QUICK PASS CAR WASH if the registered vehicles window sticker becomes damaged, is no longer visible, vehicle is sold or windshield is replaced. The original customer number will be deactivated and a new number will be issued. The membership is transferable to a new vehicle twice a year, free of charge. After that there is a $10 transfer fee.

PROMOTIONS

The unlimited monthly membership cannot be used or combined with any other offers or discounts. If using the unlimited monthly membership as a gift, a minimum of 3 months, 6 months or 1 year pre-paid must be billed at the time of purchase.

SUSPENSION / TERMINATION

In the event that QUICK PASS CAR WASH is unable to charge a customer’s credit card due to card expiration or a change in information, the customer’s program will be deactivated immediately. QUICK PASS CAR WASH will attempt to notify the customer immediately should an issue arise. In the event that the Quick Pass window sticker is tampered with or the program is used in any way inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions, the program will be immediately voided and all monies will be forfeited.

QUICK PASS CAR WASH reserves the right to close due to inclement weather, major holidays, power outages or equipment failure.

 

QUICK PASS CAR WASH may increase monthly rates at anytime.

QUICK PASS CAR WASH POLICIES

Quick Pass Car Wash uses only the safest, most advanced equipment.

Customers assume responsibility for any and all incidental issues including but not limited to:

  • Inability of any driver to follow proper procedures

  • Not adhering to Notices, Dimensions, or Restrictions

  • Vehicles 6 years old or older

  • Vehicles over 100,000 miles

  • Non-factory/non-standard/dealer installed options

  • Previous vehicle damage including wear and tear

  • Any part blown off by water pressure or air dyers

  • Parts loosened or dislodged during wash process

We are not responsible for:

  • Antennas

  • Bug Shields

  • Luggage Racks

  • Light Bars

  • Running boards

  • Bug Shields

  • Luggage Racks

  • Light Bars

To Ensure a better safer wash please be aware of the following:

  • Pick up beds must be free of any objects/debris

  • Please remove trailer hitches and bike racks

  • We are not responsible for ice and snow removal from vehicle.
